Payments

- Payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
- Work may commence after payment has been received.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary information and materials required to perform the services
- Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure they have the rights to any materials they provide to us
Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of their business materials and content.
- The Company retains ownership of internal frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary processes used to deliver services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratos Digital FZCO shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Digital marketing results, including SEO performance, cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms or tools, including but not limited to:
- Stripe
- Website hosting providers
- Content management systems
- Search engines and advertising platforms
We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third-party services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms defined in the individual project contract.
